AutoPay (Formerly AutoDraft)

AutoPay is available through our payment processing partner, Paymentus. With AutoPay, your bill is paid automatically on the due date using an e-check, debit card, credit card, or digital wallet. To enroll, simply register your account in our new customer portal and select the AutoPay option.

Customers who enrolled in our legacy AutoDraft program before August 29, 2025, have been grandfathered into that program and do not need to take any action. If you wish to discontinue participation in the legacy program, please complete the Auto Draft Request Form. Please note: enrolling in the new AutoPay program will automatically remove you from the legacy AutoDraft program. 

Online

We have transitioned to our new online customer portal offered through our payment processor, Paymentus. Once your account is registered, you will be able to check your balance, make a payment, sign up for AutoPay, view past bills, and enroll in paperless billing. Usernames and Passwords that were used in our previous customer portal will no longer work.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck (electronic check).
Payments on weekends, holidays, or after 5 p.m. credited next business day.

Phone Access for TDD
Customers with hearing or speech impediments may communicate through the Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD). Our downtown office at 103 St. Philip St. has a TDD unit, or you may reach us by phone at 1-800-735-8583.

Walk-in, drive-thru, and night deposit service.
Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.  Closed holidays.

Authorized Payment Locations

Western Union centers in the stores below accept bill payments for a $1.00 fee. Hours of operation may vary. Payments after 4 p.m. or on weekends or holidays will be credited to your account the next business day. If your water service was shut off due to nonpayment and you make a payment at one of these locations, please call us at (843) 727-6800.
